Terms and conditionsJellyBlue Website Terms and Conditions: Using This Site and Ordering Through It
By using gojellyblue.com you agree to these terms: Gojellyblue runs the website as a USA authorized JellyBlue retailer, orders are placed and paid on the seller’s secure checkout, and refunds follow the 60-day policy.
The pages give product information, not medical advice. Prices are the seller’s, dated to the day they were read, and the checkout governs.

The JellyBlue terms in brief
Last updated September 30, 2026.
Who you deal with when you buy JellyBlue
Three parties, and which part of an order each one is responsible for.
Gojellyblue
Runs this website and this desk’s refund window. A retailer, not the manufacturer.
The seller’s checkout
Takes the order and the payment, and sends the order email. Its own terms apply to the transaction.
Gex Corporation LLP
Named on the label as distributor. Product facts follow the label.
Using the JellyBlue website
Four rules for reading and using these pages.
Information, not advice
The pages describe a dietary supplement from its label, the seller’s order page and published research. They are not medical advice and do not replace a conversation with a qualified health professional.
The bottle wins
Every product fact here is taken from the label. If a page and the bottle in your hand ever disagree, follow the bottle and tell the website team.
Fair use of the pages
You may read, print and share the pages for personal use. Copying them in bulk, scraping them for resale, or presenting them as another seller’s content is not permitted.
Accuracy
The pages are checked and dated, and corrections are made on the page. Errors can still happen; the remedy is a correction, and for an order, the refund policy.
JellyBlue prices, orders and payment
Seven terms that apply to every order placed through this website.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Prices | The seller’s pack prices as listed on its order page on 21 September 2026. The checkout shows the current price and governs. |
| Struck figures | $179 a bottle, the seller’s comparison price, not a recent selling price. |
| Packs | Two, three or six bottles, 30 gummies each. |
| Placing an order | Through the order button and the seller’s secure checkout. |
| Payment | Entered on the checkout, never on this website. |
| Shipping | From the US; free on three and six bottles, added at checkout on two. Tracking arrives in the order email. |
| Refunds | Sixty days from the purchase date, under the refund policy. |
How a JellyBlue order is formed
Three steps from a pack on this website to a confirmed order.
You choose on this website
Two, three or six bottles, from the pricing panel or any order button. Nothing is reserved or charged at this stage.
You pay on the checkout
The sale is made on the seller’s secure checkout, under its terms. You see the price there before you confirm.
The order email confirms it
It carries the order ID and the purchase date, and that date starts the 60-day refund window.
Prices on this website are the seller’s, as read on 21 September 2026. If the checkout shows a different figure, the checkout’s figure is the one you pay, and it is on screen before you confirm. The struck $179 a bottle is a comparison price, not a recent selling price.
Acceptable use of the JellyBlue website
Four plain rules that keep the website useful for everyone.
Read, print, share
For your own use, and for anyone you are helping choose a supplement.
No misuse of the form
The contact form is for real questions. Sending spam or harmful content through it is not permitted.
No interference
Do not try to disrupt the website, probe it for weaknesses or overload it with automated requests.
No impersonation
Do not present yourself as Gojellyblue, the seller or the distributor, online or off.
When something goes wrong with a JellyBlue order
Five situations and the route that fixes each one fastest.
| Problem | What to do | Who handles it |
|---|---|---|
| The parcel is late | Check the tracking link in the order email, then call with the order ID | Order support |
| The seal is broken | Do not use that bottle. Photograph it and call | Order support |
| The count is short of 30 | Photograph the bottle and its lot, then call | Order support |
| You want your money back | Call within 60 days of purchase, then post the return tracked | Order support and the returns address |
| A page on this website is wrong | Email the page address and the line | The website team |
Order support and the website team are both listed in the site footer.
Who can buy JellyBlue
Three conditions on every order placed through this website.
Adults 18 and over
The product is for healthy adults. Orders for anyone under 18 are not accepted under these terms.
Shipping from the US
Parcels ship from the United States, and free shipping applies to US addresses on three and six bottles.
Personal use
Packs are sold for personal use, one gummy a day for the buyer who orders them.
Health information on the JellyBlue website
The limits every page on this website works within.
JellyBlue is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is for healthy adults 18 and over. The label’s caution applies to every order: Do not exceed recommended dose. The caution names pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition, and tells them to consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Leave the bottle unused if its safety seal is damaged or missing.
No disease claims
Nothing on this website says the gummy diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
Research is about ingredients
Studies are cited for what they measured, in the doses they used. None tested this gummy.
Results vary
Food, sleep and activity still matter, and no pack size changes that.
JellyBlue ratings, testimonials and marks
How to read the figures and marks printed across the site.
Ratings
The 4.3 score, the star split and the order count are the distributor’s summary figures, printed with that note.
Named buyers
Supplied by the distributor. They are not typical results and not evidence, and the FTC’s health products guidance holds a testimonial to the same standard as any health claim.
Seals
The seller’s web badges describe the plant or the recipe, and only Made in the USA is also printed on the label. None is a government approval.
Lot and certificate reference
JEL-26/GO-5083 and JEL-5083-26-GO are filing references for a production run, not laboratory proof.
Ownership, links, liability and changes on the JellyBlue website
Six closing clauses.
Ownership
The JellyBlue name, label artwork and product images belong to their owners. The page text is © Gojellyblue.
Links out
Citations link to PubMed, NIH, the FTC and the eCFR. Those sites are not controlled by this desk.
Liability
This website is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, Gojellyblue is not liable for decisions made on it alone.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms change when the website does. The date at the top of the page changes with them.

JellyBlue website terms: frequently asked questions
Plain answers to the questions these terms raise most often.
Do these JellyBlue terms apply just to reading the website?
They cover using the website: reading, printing and sharing its pages for personal use, and the rules on acceptable use. An order is also governed by the seller’s checkout terms, which you see when you pay.
Which terms govern my JellyBlue payment?
The seller’s checkout terms. The payment is taken there, never on this website, and the order email comes from that checkout.
What if a JellyBlue page and the label disagree?
Follow the label on the bottle in your hand, and tell the website team, through the inbox in the site footer, which page and line are wrong so they can be corrected.
Can I resell JellyBlue bought through this website?
Packs are sold for personal use under these terms: one gummy a day for the buyer who orders them.
Where are the JellyBlue refund terms?
On the refund policy page: 60 days from the purchase date, a call with the order ID and a tracked return.
Do these terms promise JellyBlue results?
No. Individual results vary and the terms promise nothing about them. What they do set out is the refund route: 60 days from purchase, claimed by phone with the order ID.
Who do I contact about the JellyBlue terms?
The website team (its inbox is in the site footer), Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. For tracking, changes or a refund on an order already placed, order support. New orders go through the order page.
